‘The Princess and the Frog’ Tops Weekend Box Office
Disney’s The Princess and the Frog has dominated the weekend box office, making an estimated $25 million nationwide.
The animated film featured the first African-American princess and added a twist to the classic tale.
Coming in second was Sandra Bullock’s The Blind Side, followed by Clint Eastwood’s Invictus.
The Princess and the Frog “scored the best nationwide debut for a toon opening in December.”
