Orlando Bloom Not Returning for ‘Pirates’ Sequel
Orlando Bloom will not be returning for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the fourth installment of the franchise, which is slated for a 2011 release.
“Will’s swimming with the fishes,” said Bloom.
When asked if he’ll return he said:
“Not this time. No. No. No.”
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides will be filmed in Hawaii and Johnny Depp will return to reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow.
Jerry Bruckheimer will produce the film and Rob Marshall will direct it.
