The Good Wife’s Julianna Margulies won best actress in the 2011 Emmys Drama category.
The 45-year-old actress Kathy Bates (Harry’s Law), Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights), Mireille Enos (The Killing), Mariska Hargitay (Law and Order: SVU) and Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men).
Margulies also won the Best Actress award last year for her portrayal of Alicia Florrick in The Good Wife.

January Jones rocks a Atelier Versace dress on the red carpet at the 2010 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday (Aug. 29) in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old Mad Men actress was nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Drama, but lost to Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer).
Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife), Mariska Hargitay (Special Victims Unit), Glenn Close (Damages) and Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights) were also nominated.
Jones attended the show with SNL boyfriend Jason Sudeikis.

Bad news Law & Order: SVU fans, Chris Meloni is said to be leaving the show after wrapping up the 12th season.
According to an interview he did with Australia’s Courier Mail, Meloni said:
“I think 12 years is enough, a good number. The writers will have fertile ground to figure out how to arc him (Elliot) out to another place – whether it’s this world or the next. It will be a very difficult transition. I mean, Jesus Christ, every day when you get used to getting up early and working these hours. When you’re an actor (not working) it’s like, ‘Has anyone called yet?’. And having to audition again, which I loathe.”
Mariska Hargitay, who plays his partner on the show will be sticking around.
“It’s been proven over and over to me that this [role] is the right thing for me to still be here,” Harigtay said.
And how does her character feel about him leaving?
“I don’t think she could be without him. She loves him, he’s her other half.”
